For returns our policy lasts as long as we currently stock the item you purchased but in any event not more than 30 days with the exception of closeout and customized items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t promise you a refund or exchange but will give such requests due consideration dependent upon the condition of the product, current store availability, and retail price.
Refunds(if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund right away, first we suggest that you contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced and current sale items may be refunded, unfortunately closeout sale items cannot be returned.
We are happy to replace any item(s) if they arrive defective or damaged, within 3 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Please include a photo of the damaged product along with a slip of paper with your name and order number written out, for our records. Once your new shipment leaves our facility you will be provided an updated tracking number via email.
To ensure quick and hassle-free exchanges, you will need to place a new order for the desired product then return the unwanted item for a refund. This way you can be sure we have the available inventory, and we can ship your new item out right away.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of damaged or defective products. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee returns lost in transit.
Closeout or custom items are final sales and not eligible for refunds.
